You may use neuromotorinnovations to create and manage CPM ads and CPA marketing campaigns provided your content complies with our ad policies. Prohibited content includes illegal material, malware, and misleading claims.

Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads and landing pages. neuromotorinnovations does not pre-screen every creative, though we reserve the right to reject or remove any campaign that violates platform policies.

You agree not to use our platform to buy dating traffic or any other traffic for campaigns that violate applicable laws in your target GEOs.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, reporting tools, and brand assets belong to neuromotorinnovations. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

neuromotorinnovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including campaign underperformance or traffic fluctuations.

Our liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party trackers and analytics tools. neuromotorinnovations is not responsible for data handling by those third parties. Review their policies independently.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to our team immediately at info@neuromotorinnovations.com.

Your Rights

You may request account closure and data deletion at any time. Remaining account balances are refunded per our refund policy. Campaigns must be paused before a deletion request is processed.

Changes to These Terms

neuromotorinnovations may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
